Loneliness

Channeled Song: Me, Myself, and I by Destiny’s Child

Loneliness can be described as a feeling of isolation from others though this can be physical, mentally, or spiritually. Spiritually, loneliness is a sign of change and transformation along ones’ journey. This feeling occurs when you’ve reached a point of acceptance of your destiny. Taking control of this feeling is advised because it is a state of vulnerability but also an invitation for imposter syndrome and jealousy.

Although these are feelings we often push aside, it is essential to find the root of these unfavored emotions through careful examination. The major arcana card The Hermit best describes this state of being. Hermit mode allows one to go within to reassess the ‘truths’ we hold on so tightly to. Some spiritualists describe this as soul-searching, a process of shadow work to find out why you act a certain way and where you developed the reaction from. Loneliness is essential for spiritual upgrades and transformations. Transforming your innermost self directly affects your external reality which is why loneliness is unavoidable on your spiritual journey. When you outgrow your old beliefs and actions the universe takes notice in order to elevate your life.

Let’s get into some of the realities of this transformation.

Removing low vibrational people/places/things:

You wanting to change your physical reality is the start of the journey. However, certain things in your life must be removed in order for new blessings to come in. People that are not on the same journey or vibration that you are on must be cut off. The same goes for unhealthy habits, places (including jobs or family homes), and things such as drugs and alcohol. You must be willing to let go of anything that takes away your energy without giving it back equally. Essentially anything that is a burden or low vibrational (toxic, etc.) will become very clear to you after embarking on your journey and should be taken as a sign of passage from the universe. Elders have always said it looks more fun to participate in low vibrational activity than to allow yourself to grow without limits.

Keeping faith in your manifestations:

Blind faith is the only reason I am here today writing this blog post for y’all. You have to want change so badly it doesn’t matter who leaves or how much money is in your bank account. It is just you and the universe. Once you take a leap of faith it may be hard to remain faithful. It is all apart of growth and change… remember that working with the universe requires give and take. Daily journaling and affirmations can help with this part of the journey, though I also have a post on remaining faithful here.

It is not easy to make these changes but one word of advice is to keep going. No matter what obstacles you come across, you are capable and more than deserving of a reality fit for you. I’ve moved by myself three different times, dealt with defamation of my character, battled narcissism… each time I faced something I thought I would lose myself over, my faith and intuition have kept me safe.

One thing no one can take from you is your connection to the divine, do not doubt the universe because the universe never doubts you.

xoxo,

Sage
